Hiring Process

At Viking, our hiring process takes between two to seven days and includes one personal interview, sometimes two. A top candidate may receive a tour of the facility and observe a Account Representative for up to 30 minutes, as well as have the opportunity to talk with existing employees.

Employment applications must be completed before an interview can be conducted, and resumes are helpful but not a requirement. Completion of a consent form is necessary to allow Viking to administer a criminal background check. All interviewed applicants will receive correspondence from Viking with a decision two to seven days following their interview. Training classes are offered weekly; new hires usually start two weeks after accepting an offer.

Experienced Account Representatives: We ask that you bring back-up documentation to your interview to demonstrate your success as a top producer (W2 forms, performance tracking, etc.).
