Viking offers BONUSES in addition to BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION. Viking’s average income for Account Representatives is $48,000 with our top Account Representative earning more than $100,000.

Create Your Own Schedule

All Viking Account Representatives are scheduled to work a combination of days, evenings and weekends. Our hours of operation for scheduling purposes include: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to noon. The flexible scheduling allows individuals to work at their convenience and create a great work-life balance that, in turn, creates an atmosphere for motivated and satisfied professionals. We want our team members to be happy and succeed at the pace that is right for them while still offering a supportive staff and the tools to ensure their achievement.

Within the hours of operation, Account Representatives can create their own schedule. Schedules must include two evening shifts (Monday through Thursday) per week. Both shifts must be scheduled until 8:00 p.m.; shifts must be a minimum of four hours. Two Saturdays per month, from 9 a.m. until noon, are also required. Schedules must be submitted in writing one week in advance.

Training for Success

With or without industry experience, our training program will provide you with the tools you need to succeed!

Viking offers two week training with in-depth exposure to a multitude of collection topics and techniques. This training program provides a means for new employees to learn about the laws governing the industry, how to identify personalities, examine common debtor scenarios, the computer, time management, financial principles, credit reports, skip tracing, and to practice negotiation tactics through role playing and a variety of other methods of teaching.
